Exhibition space offers

IMPORTANT: The exhibition space is not equipped with any furniture. All additional rental equipment has to be rented separated from the event exhibition contractor and will be charged separately.
Each exhibitor will be contacted directly by the appointed contractor and will receive technical details on exhibition set-up and dismantling, forwarding company details etc. after sending  us their Partnership preference list 
via our online Partnership Form

Industry Satellite Symposium

Lunch symposium

  • Partners are invited to host a parallel Industry Satellite Symposium on their selected topic to present their work and products
  • Included conference hall rental with facilities (projector + screen + laptop)
  • Invitation email to all pre-registered participants (partner can create their own invitation leaflet in a PDF)
  • Partner is recommended to provide Lunch boxes to attendees in their own expense
