Since the year 2000, Saint Norbert beer has been brewed at the monastery, and the doors opened to the brewery restaurant and courtyard pavilion to beer lovers from around the world. The beer is named after the founder of the Premonstratensian Order, who have inhabited the Strahov Monastery since the beginning. More than 25 delicious beers are brewed at the Strahov Monastery, using the finest ingredients and brewing methods. Participants can look forward to beer tasting along with traditional Czech cuisine.
