Booking the accommodation directly at the venue – Vienna House Diplomat Prague Hotel – is highly recommended. Please note that no other accommodation type will be organized by the LOC.
Reservations will be processed on a ‘first come, first served‘ basis, so it is the safest to book your room well in advance.

Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival. Any reservations cancelled or changed after this time will be charged at 100% of the booked service.
Methods of payment
A valid Credit/Debit Card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
