How to register
Step 1: Register to the on-line registration system
The Congress registration is provided by the gReception on-line system (registration button below). If you are using gReception for the first time, you will be asked to register as a user by providing your contact e-mail address. A validation e-mail will then be sent to you to complete the user registration. During the registration process, you will be asked to insert your password (the same for registration and abstract submission).
Step 2: Fill out the ICHC 2022 registration form
After you have successfully entered the gReception on-line system, you will be able to access the Congress Registration form. First, fill in your personal data and continue with choosing the type of registration fee and social events attendance.
Step 3: Proceed to the registration fee payment
Once you have indicated the requested information, you will be redirected to proceed with your payment to complete the registration. Your registration fee payment will be processed via the payment gate of the ICHC 2022 contractual partner, Global Services & Assistance – an official service provider authorized by the ICHC 2022 local organizer.
A registration and payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

Methods of payment
Registration fee must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card online
The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 16th August 2022 only. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted.
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.
Cancellations & Refunds
The Conference organizers must be notified by e-mail at email@example.com in case of cancellation of the registration. Cancellations by phone call will not be accepted. An appropriate refund will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
|Before 30th June 2022||full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted|
|1st July – 30th July 2022||50% of the registration fee|
|From 31st July 2022||no refund|
If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, the organizer reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference organizers. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after 31st July 2022.
