Exhibition space offers
IMPORTANT: Please note that the ICHC organizers do not arrange the exhibition booth for the Partner due to many different requirements for booth design/equipment. The organizer can, however, recommend a suitable experienced provider upon request to link both parties.
Technical details on exhibition set-up and dismantling shall be discussed separately from the organizers (Partner-Provider).

- Partner’s logo will be printed on all Gala dinner invitations and menu
- Partner’s logo will be placed on the Gala dinner tables
- Partner can place branded materials (e.g. napkins etc.) at the Gala dinner area
Lunch workshops
8, 000 EUR + 21% VAT per slot
- Partners are invited to host a parallel Lunch workshops on their selected topic to present their work and products
- Included conference hall rental with facilities (projector + screen + laptop)
- Invitation email to all pre-registered participants (partner can create their own invitation leaflet in a PDF)
- Partner is recommended to provide Lunch boxes to attendees at their own expense
